Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary - Chief Superintendent Promotion and Transfer Opportunity

 

Closing Date: Sunday 17th March at 23:59

 

Boards will take place on Wednesday 17th & Thursday 18th April

Chief Constable Scott Chilton has laid out plans to relentlessly pursue those who commit crime and bring harm and misery to communities, provide first class investigations to ensure those responsible face the consequences of their actions, and deliver excellent service for victims. At the bedrock of this is visible, neighbourhood policing. 

 

Applications are invited from Officers who feel they are ready for the challenge of promotion to the role of Chief Superintendent, and those who are already at Chief Superintending rank and wish to join our Force. 

 

Chief Superintendents will form part of the Force Gold rota and will be expected to either already operate as a Strategic Firearms Commander, Public Order Gold and Multi-Agency Gold Commander, or work towards occupational and operational accreditation if successful.
