My client is a well-established, full service law firm in central Cheltenham that has a great opportunity for a mid-level Corporate Commercial Solicitor to work alongside a "down to earth" Director. 

The department advises a range of OMBs on transactions up to £25 million:

• M&A transactions
• Investment agreements
• Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
• Corporate reorganisations
• EMI options and share schemes
• LLPs and Partnerships
• Commercial contracts

As the successful candidate, you will be:

• Qualified solicitor qualified in England and Wales
• Post qualification circa 3 - 5 years 
• Strong experience advising in corporate law, including agreements, articles of association, LLPs and partnerships
• Good drafting skills for commercial contracts
