Job description

Hays are proud to be working with a well known and reputable national service provider. This organisation currently requires compassionate and caring staff for their services based in Hadleigh and Ipswich, which provides care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in a supported living setting. We are supporting this client by sourcing candidates with existing experience working within the sector as well as those without experience if they have the right passion and values to provide high-value support and care to the service users.

This organisation has 5 different homes with 3-6 service users in each residence. During the interview, you will be assessed both on your experience, values and personality to see which service would be the best for you to ensure smooth integration into the team. Joining the day team, you will be contracted to work during the day as well as 1-2 sleep ins per week.

Please note, in order to be successful in your application, you must also be currently living in the UK and have a full right to work in the UK. This client is unfortunately not offering sponsorships.
