Job Description

* Sales orders administration
* Purchase orders administration
* Client liaison for coordination of deliveries and engineering services.
* Quality testing and reporting
* Liaison with suppliers
* Support Engineering sales and direct costs reporting
* Stock organisation and reporting

The Successful Applicant

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Sales and Purchase Ledger experience
• Numeracy and accuracy
• Experience in an admin and secretarial role
• Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
