Location:  Becket House, Worthing

Salary: £22,500

Hours:  Monday - Friday 9am – 5:30pm

Job Summary and key responsibilities

As an Administrator, you will be working within our Premier Claims Team. You will be working closely with exciting administrator keeping records updated, ensuring relevant documentation for legal action is ready for a claim handler, generally assisting the Premier Team and manager.

K ey Responsibilities:

• Ensure professional and courteous service at all times
• Opening Claims.
• Obtaining documents for legal action
• Complete daily reports
• Ensure landlords have been paid
• Liaise with Branches / other departments via emails & telephone
• Keep system updated.
• Advising Manager of matters requiring their attention.
• Attending department weekly meetings.

• Have good written and spoken communication skills
• Methodical and organised
• Have the ability to self-manage work load
• Be comfortable with a desk / computer and phone orientated workload.
