Clinical Supervisor Jobs in Carlisle, Cumbria. Associate Dentist, Carlisle, Cumbria. Clinical supervisor / Associate Dentist role, four days per week, Centrally located, £14 UDA, plus private. Zest Dental Recruitment working in partnership with an established dental practice is seeking to recruit a Clinical Supervisor for final year students in Carlisle, Cumbria.
The practice is seeking an experienced Dentist with four years post qualification experience to provide clinical supervision, mentorship and guidance to final year Dental students from UCLAN. The role will shape young Dentists careers and development and as such provides a rewarding and interesting role in Dentistry. A PGCert qualification is required for this role but this can be completed prior to commencement in the position.
In addition to supervising and mentoring Dentists over three days per week, you will also be required to deliver a small UDA contract of 1500 UDA. There is further scope to deliver general and specialist private dental treatments in practice on the fourth day.
This is a six surgery practice offering a range of NHS, private and specialist dental treatments. The practice is also a designated training practice for final year students studying Dentistry at UCLAN.
The practice is located in an affluent area of the city and as such there is good scope to develop private income. The practice is very well equipped with R4 software, digital x-ray and an Apex Locator.
Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists, have an active dentist performer number and have experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.
