Job description

We have a fantastic HR Officer role starting ASAP Fixed Term for 12 months.

The Human Resources (HR) Officer will provide a first-class service to both internal colleagues and to the outsourced functions and act as the initial point of contact for employees for HR enquiries. They will contribute to the development and delivery of a high performing HR function.

Duties will include:

*Recruitment, On- boarding & Off-boarding

*Oversight of Outsourced Functions

*Payroll

*L&D

.*Monitoring & Reporting

Do you have the following skills?

* Proven 3 Year HR experience in payroll & recruitment

* Experience in general HR functions

* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

* Ability to work within tight deadlines, organise own time effectively, prioritising and setting of realistic timescales.

* Respect the importance of confidentiality

* Confident working with people at all levels of the business.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail. * Reliable, flexible and enthusiastic

* Patient, diplomatic and approachable.

* Ability to stay calm in difficult situations.
