Paraplanner Position Leading Wealth Management Firm

A leading provider of wealth management and financial services across the UK and an appointed representative of a prestigious wealth management group is excited to announce an opening for a Paraplanner.

This role is crucial in complementing our professional and friendly team dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Role Overview:

As a Paraplanner you will be integral to our team providing highlevel technical and administrative support.

Your role will include:

• Collaborating closely with Financial Planners to achieve client objectives.
• Supporting and mentoring trainee paraplanners.
• Ensuring thorough premeeting preparation and efficient postmeeting followup.
• Updating client files accurately on Salesforce CRM.
• Preparing detailed reports client reviews cash flow models and investment performance reviews.
• Facilitating the progress of applications with product providers planners clients and other stakeholders to ensure completion.
• Handling incoming telephone calls with confidence efficiently dealing with clients product providers and other third parties.
• Maintaining extensive liaison with admin centres to provide necessary information for completing transactions within specific deadlines.

Training:

Comprehensive training on companyspecific software and compliance requirements will be provided to ensure your success in the role.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for wealth management excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.

A minimum of 2 years of experience with St. Jamess Place Wealth Management is required.

Experience in a similar role and familiarity with Salesforce CRM will be advantageous.
