Job description
We are recruiting for an experienced Landscape Maintenance / Grounds Maintenance Operative in Wickford . This is a permanent job paying 24570.00 per year plus overtime comes with 21 days holiday enrolment into their pension scheme and employee retail discount package.
As a member of the Landscape Maintenance Team you will be:
- Maintaining show areas show home gardens and standard plot gardens on new build housing sites during the growing season.
- Helping the landscaping team with turfing and planting on show areas show home gardens and standard plot gardens during the nongrowing season.
Requirements
To be considered as a Grounds Maintenance / Landscape Maintenance Operative you will need:
- To enjoy working outside and have a passion for garden and green area maintenance.
- Experience gained as a landscaper or gardener or maintenance operative.
- Be reliable and hard working with an eye for detail to be used to and enjoy maintaining gardens and green spaces to a high standard.

In return you will be earning 24570.00 per year plus overtime be directly employed by the landscaping company and paid monthly will be enrolled into their company pensions scheme be entitled to 21 days holiday plus all bank holidays have your uniform provided and have the opportunity for promotion through to Team Leader level which currently pays 29250.00 per year.
