A fantastic opportunity with one of the most respected independent firms of Estate Agents, Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers and Valuers, with offices covering Shropshire, Worcestershire, Mid Wales, the West Midlands and neighbouring counties.
The Role
They are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join the dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting various marketing initiatives, assisting with campaign execution, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple departments including digital, print, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities, providing valuable input for strategic decision-making.
- Support the creation and optimisation of content for marketing materials such as social media posts, PR, infographics, news posts and website updates etc.
- Communicate and collaborate with departments and branches to ensure their marketing requirements are met.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, auctions, trade shows, and other promotional activities, including logistics coordination, set up and support.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics and campaign data using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including maintaining marketing databases, liaising with branches/departments to collate information required for various marketing objectives, liaising with printers and suppliers etc.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a marketing role is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise deadlines effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently when required.
