Full Time Monday – Friday
Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a well-established award-winning organisation. Due to continued success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join their Accounts team.
As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for efficiently collecting the firm's debts through phone, email and written communication within defined guidelines
What will the role involve?
- Collecting debt via telephone, email and letter.
- Run credit reports on new clients and make fact-based decisions on credit risk.
- Escalate any issues of concern to the Management team.
- Attend review meetings in person and via video call.
- Maintain and update the internal database system.
- Build position relationships with clients, lawyers and colleagues.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years of credit control experience in professional services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in running credit risk assessments.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Numerate and detail oriented.
- MS Office suite including Word, Excel and outlook.
