PRS are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our busy contract catering operation in Bolton. This is a full time permanent opportunity with a strong package and excellent work life balance. Shifts will be Monday to Friday with no Bank Holiday shifts, 7am to 3.30pm. Based on experience the salary is £30,000 to £35,000.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality events catering and will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations at our facility. As the Head Chef, you will be required to lead a team of motivated kitchen staff, create and execute menu plans, and ensure that all food production meets our high standards of quality and presentation. The successful candidate will also possess exceptional leadership and organisational skills, and will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
