Job description

We value our beautiful grounds as an integral part of our educational environment. As a Groundsperson, you will play an important role in ensuring that these outdoor areas are well-maintained with responsibilities including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, watering plants, and weeding garden beds. You will also be responsible for inspecting and maintaining outdoor equipment, clearing snow and leaves, and assisting with event setups.We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. If you have experience in groundskeeping or gardening, and possess basic knowledge of horticulture and landscaping techniques, we want to hear from you! The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential, as you will collaborate with our Head of Grounds and other staff members to maintain the grounds to the highest standards. We would also consider supporting an apprentice.
