Cost Optimization: Assisting with identification cost-saving opportunities, engage in negotiations with suppliers, and execute strategies to optimize procurement expenditure while maintaining high-quality standards and ethical sourcing practices.
Sustainability Initiatives: Assist with playing a pivotal role in integrating sustainability into procurement practices by sourcing products that contribute to environmental impact reduction. Collaborate with suppliers to align with corporate sustainability goals.
Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with specialized suppliers, fostering collaborations and ensuring adherence to industry standards and performance metrics.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to assess procurement performance within the EV Charging market, identifying opportunities for cost-saving and process optimization.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, aligning OPEX procurement strategies with specific business needs and growth objectives.
Support Head of Procurement: Assist in developing Procurement department processes, category strategy, and operational support work.
Financial Collaboration: Support financial cross-collaboration through reporting and analysis.
Forecasting and Inventory Management: Assist in forecasting, ordering, and improving stock management and warehousing solutions.
