Job description

A growing manufacturing organisation is looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to work on site to support the team.

In this position you will be responsible for:

• First level IT support and training of end-users
• Routine maintenance of IT equipment in office and manufacturing environments
• Building and configuration of IT hardware
• Utilising an IT service desk tool to log and process calls

You will be supporting end users on a busy service desk and installing and fixing equipment for employees. You will also support project work.

To be successful, you will have a passion for technology and have experience of working on a busy service desk or in an IT Support position supporting end users.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for development.
