£27,000-£31,000 depending on experience with fantastic benefits

We have a great opportunity for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our dynamic internal B2B design team. You will join a fast paced, thriving inhouse design studio based in Manchester or Staines.
As a Creative Designer within our inhouse studio you will work closely with our Midweight and Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling, innovative, and on-brand communications that resonate with senior HR professionals, brokers, and employees, effectively showcasing the value of Bupa. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, spanning both online and offline creative assets. You will be tasked with interpreting various briefs from colleagues across the organisation, translating them into captivating visuals and messaging.
How you'll help us make health happen:
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute design solutions that align with our business objectives.
Develop and maintain the Bupa style and branding consistency across all marketing materials such as presentations for pitch, event assets to digital web banners, emails and bulletins..
Create eye-catching, on-brand visuals, including email (no coding required),
static graphics and motion graphics/animations.
Stay up to date with design trends and innovative solutions continuously seeking opportunities to optimise our workflow and remain marketing leading.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing design tasks from concept to completion.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Previous experience within an In house or Agency Design environment
Proven experience in graphic design and animation with a strong portfolio
showcasing relevant work
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Knowledge of After Effects, Figma and PowerPoint
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise clearly with key stakeholders and present ideas both written and verbally across a number of different functional
Passion for creativity, design innovation, and a commitment to delivering impactful
marketing materials.
Highly self-motivated and able to initiate activity with minimal guidance.
A creative ideas person, comfortable with a blend of print and digital applications and experience across a number of design principles
Passionate about continuous learning and embracing opportunities.
