Senior Personal Wellbeing Practitioner – Lincolnshire Action Trust

We are looking for a Senior Personal Wellbeing Practitioner to work with clients whilst overseeing the Personal Wellbeing Team. You will have an ability to help, support, motivate and build rapport with others at all levels using your excellent interpersonal skills. Ideally, you will have experience of other well-being related services such as family support, lifestyles, emotional well being.

Within this role, you will be working with clients to formulate and deliver a personal wellbeing service in 3 areas including, emotional wellbeing, lifestyle and associates and family and significant others. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills in order to interact with and engage with individuals using the service. No two days are the same within LAT, so you will have to be resilient and confident in dealing with changing priorities, whilst maintaining accuracy.

You will have a valid UK car licence and access to a vehicle which is insured for business use and be able to travel throughout the area if and when needed.

Lincolnshire Action Trust (LAT) is a registered charity that works with individuals who are in contact with the criminal justice system across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas. The main focus of our work is resettlement and rehabilitation including employability, accommodation, finance and debt and work with children and families.
