The Role: As a Sales Ledger Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance department. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic FMCG environment, contributing directly to the success of the company. If you have previous experience in the accounts department of a company, as a finance administrator, credit controller, purchase ledger clerk or sales ledger clerk then I would encourage you to apply.
The Responsibilities: Raise and distribute sales invoices.
Post and allocate sales ledger cash.
Conduct reconciliations of cash received.
Credit control procedures.
Weekly & monthly reconciliation of suppliers payments.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, reviewing movement documentation and maintaining adherence to company processes.
Timely review and processing of supplier purchase invoices.
Collaborate with the finance team to support the Supervisor and lead process improvements in data capture, entry, and archiving.
Undertake any additional tasks as requested by the Management Team.
The Requirements: Proven experience in a transactional finance position.
Competent in MS excel.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working proactively and collaboratively in a team.
Flexibility to adapt to various tasks within the finance department.
