Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking for a new opportunity? Are you looking for a long term temporary contract with the view to transition into a permanent contract afterwards?If so, we have the perfect position for you!
Our client, a market leading organisation based in the Chippenham area is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Advisor to join the team ona 12 month temporary contract working full-time hours betweenMonday - Friday.
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining the healthand wellbeing of the employees. Your duties andresponsibilities will include:
Comprehensive health assessments and screenings for employees, including pre-employment assessments, fitness for work assessments, and health surveillance programs.
Absence managementand workplace adjustments.
Working withHR and management teamsto promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Deliver training and educational programs to raise awareness of health and well-being issues among employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records.
Requirements :
Degree in Occupational Health Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Registration with the NMC
Proven experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
Sound decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
