Job description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in providing support to our clients and candidates, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for clients and candidates, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide assistance and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including registration, document verification, and placement.
Assist clients with their staffing needs, including coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and facilitating communication between clients and candidates.
Handle complaints and escalations, investigating issues and providing appropriate resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment consultants and compliance officers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing development of customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the recruitment or healthcare industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
