Are you a Production Manager or operated as a Production Shift Manager for +5 years?
We have a fantastic opportunity with a cool, reputable brand within the food industry who growing rapidly year on year for a Production Manager to join the team. This will be a smaller manufacturing environment and will require someone who is happy to thrive in a hands-on role and be the point of contact for all Production and Operations. You will be responsible for production planning, quality control, staff management, organising equipment maintenance, cost management, H&S compliance and implementing CI and Lean manufacturing techniques. To be successful in this role you will need to have 5+ years of experience operating at Production Manager level. Ideally you will have experience operating in smaller environments or happy to do so. You will need to autonomous, hands on, adaptable, willing to go over and above. You will need to have an adaptable maangment style and able to upskill and review/implement KPI's as the business grows.
