VANRATH are delighted to be partnered with an international group with a significant presence in Northern Ireland, in their recruitment of a Commercial Accountant. This is a contract role due to the business winning several new contracts and a Commercial Accountant is required to ensure delivery on these.

As the Commercial Accountant, you will be report to the FP&A Manager and will be responsible for business partnering with the commercial team, alongside supporting the sales forecasting and budgeting processes. To be considered for this role, it is essential to have strong commercial acumen, ideally within an international group setting.

This contract is initially for a period of 18 months, depending on the performance of the Commercial Accountant, along with the business success, this role could become permanent for the right candidate.

About you

• Qualified Accountant (4+ years PQE)
• Strong communicator with an ability to influence others
• Advanced Excel skills
• Flexible approach to work

What you'll do

• Supporting the sales forecasting and budgeting processes
• Business partnering with the commercial team
• Preparing weekly and monthly sales and margin analysis
• Produce management and board reports
• Provide management with information and insight to drive business performance
