Job description

The States of Guernsey are looking to appoint a Team Leader.

You will be a member of the Adult Disability Service that supports people with a learning disability and/or autism based in a variety of settings including residential homes, supported living, short break service and the outreach team.

We offer a full relocation package which includes interview and relocation travel, this is in addition to our competitive pay, and our additional annual bonus scheme of £3,000, payable after two and four years.

Furthermore we offer subsidised accommodation for those travelling to the Island alone, and an 8 year Employment Permit for those wishing to bring a partner or family.
