Job description

My client in South London is looking to appoint a talented Senior Procurement Officer (Adults, Children & Health) on a Contract basis.

This role will support delivery of a strategic procurement service of high value contracts for Adults, Children & Health.

About the role:

Based in South London (Hybrid):

Deliver innovative, commercially focused procurement plans, including alternative service delivery models.

Design and deliver procurement solutions that provide cashable savings and process efficiencies for the organisation whilst improving outcomes for residents

Lead responsibility for specific sub-categories and/or client programmes

The sub-categories in this service are:

Adult Social Care

Safeguarding & Quality Assurance

Children’s Social Care

Education

Health & Public Health

About you:

You will have the following skillsets or experiences:

MCIPS / CIPS Qualified, or qualified by experience.

Expert knowledge of PCR2015.

Extensive experience in the procurement in the Adults / Chidlrens / Health categories.

Experience working in a local government setting.

What’s on offer:

Salary: £400+ per day, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

Contract type: 3-6 month minimum

Hours: 09:00ach -17:00 Monday to Friday
