We are seeking a dynamic Luxury Sales Associate to join our ever growing team!

Position: Luxury Sales Associate
Location: Belgravia, London
Salary: Up to £23K (Subject to experience)
Hours: 5 days a week - 9.30am-6.30pm. Flexible to work at the weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Adding incoming product to consignor’s accounts, in depth descriptions of product to upload onto our back-of-house system

Building a rapport with new clients and existing, maintaining the companies ethos both in store and online

Keeping a formality to how the shop floor is presented, standards, and overall cleanliness

Responding to Instagram and E-mails with pricing requests

Taking care of the shop floor and clients, if management are away / in meetings, up-selling product, for in-store and online customers

Client Engagement: 

Outreach to clients, offering wardrobe collections and pricing items via whatsapp to sell

The ability to serve clients, providing the highest level of customer service. Excellent interpersonal skills and building a great rapport with our high net worth customer base and consignors.

Requirements:

A good knowledge of premium brands, trends and hot products. Great professional communication skills

Proven experience in high-end retail with a track record of exceeding sales targets and customer service feedback
