Are you a Psychologist seeking a new LOCUM challenge? Do you have previous experience working with Adults suffering with mental Health conditions?
Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a
Band 8a Clinical Psychologist for a LOCUM contract supporting
Norfolk and Suffolk Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust .
The successful candidate will provide psychological support to Adults with mental Health conditions.
The contract will run for an initial period of 3 months with the likelihood of extension.
Job Purpose: Band 8a Clinical Psychologist Pay Rate: £35.00 LTD p/h + £250 SCS Sign-Up Bonus
Location: Norwich
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (flexible)
Contract: 37.5 hours per week (Part Time Considered)
The post holder will provide high-quality psychological services to service users with complex mental health and forensic needs within secure settings, contributing to the development and delivery of a multidisciplinary approach to care and treatment.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulations, and interventions for service users with complex needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer tailored assessment and intervention strategies.
- Implement NICE-recommended therapeutic interventions and develop bespoke solutions for risk management.
- Consult and provide guidance to other professionals on risk assessment and management.
- Supervise assistant psychologists and offer managerial support to professionals from various disciplines.
Requirements - Previous experience working with Adults
- Substantial Mental Health experience
