About the role
Title – Retail Security Officer
Pay Rate – £11.95
Location – Lakeside
Shift Timings – 5 on 3 off, Various days, must be fully flexible in terms of what they work
You will be working in a well-known retail store, which holds various stock. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike.

Your main responsibilities may include:
Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
Investigating Disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit points of the retail store.
Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices.
Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
SIA License. - CCTV License is needed to be in the Control Room, Front-line License needed
5-year checkable work/career history.
Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
Possess the ability to work under pressure.
Basic computer skills(MS office).
Should be Flexible in timings, more often day shifts but has to pick couple of night shifts if needed.
Good customer service skills who could de-escalate altercations.
Utilising CCTV systems to support the reduction of stock loss and crime.
To Liase with store management.
Should be a team player.
Must be punctual, has to be on site 15 min before the shift starts.
