Our client is a top tier full service commercial law firm in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, just south of the London area. It is currently seeking a 1-4 years’ PQE Corporate Recovery & Insolvency Solicitor to join its expanding and highly successful chambers ranked Legal 500 team.

The litigation group is chambers listed for its work, and is reputed to assist and support insolvency practitioners, banks and asset-based lenders.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Recent experience working at a firm known for its Insolvency work, or have 1-4 years’ PQE previous experience of Corporate Recovery work, acting primarily for Insolvency Practitioners
• Experience preferably in both contentious and non-contentious matters (corporate and personal), although the firm is happy to train and develop the successful candidate
• A genuine passion and interest in insolvency work
