Job description

Are you an experienced Planner looking for a new challenge? A high-end hotel and residential project is seeking a talented individual to join their team. With a competitive salary ranging between 70-75k, this is an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious project.

The ideal candidate will have strong structural knowledge and be proficient in the use of ASTA. In addition, good MEP knowledge is essential for this role. As a Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the project schedule, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that the project runs smoothly. Your duties will include:

• Developing and maintaining project schedules
• Liaising with the project team to ensure all tasks are completed on time
• Identifying and resolving any scheduling conflicts
• Monitoring progress and providing regular updates to the project manager
• Assisting with the preparation of project reports and presentations
