Job description
What you will do in your working day
- You will be assisting in most aspects of first level software, hardware and Windows network support
- You will be expected to have a flexible approach to problem solving, taking initiative and providing excellent customer service
- Rotating between Riddlesdown Collegiate, The Quest Academy and Woodcote High School
Occasional travel to primary schools in Selsdon and Crawley will be required too.

- Gain an Azure Fundamentals Qualification and a Microsoft 365 fundamentals qualification
- Get an introduction to Windows, Linux and PowerShell
Tools and technologies learned:
- Learners will learn to use Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, AWS, Linux, PowerShell
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- 90% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship
- Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks
