Are you currently working within a Spa environment and seeking a new challenge?

As the Assistant Spa Manager for the hotel, you will support the Leisure & Spa Manager on a day to day basis but you will be ultimately responsible for creating an environment where your clients feel relaxed, providing high quality treatments and service at all times.
What will I do?
- Carry out Elemis treatments to the satisfaction of our guests
- Ensure you are knowledgeable of all Elemis spa products and treatments
- Ensure our brand standards are maintained at the highest level
- Assist with leading the spa team and ensuring all training is up to date
- To maintain a high level of customer service and provide information to guests about available treatments.
- To ensure that all payments are processed correctly and logged
- To ensure that stock levels in the department are kept to the required level and to order new stock as and when required in-line with departmental budgets
- To ensure that all potential sales opportunities are maximised
Is this the role for me?
- Previous experience in a spa capacity
- Experience within a hotel spa environment would be distinct advantage
- Relevant qualifications – either Spa NVQ Level 3 or above
- Supervisory/Management experience
- Passionate about providing an outstanding service to customers
- KPI and target driven
- Ability to multi-task
