A great opportunity for a claimant clinical negligence lawyer to join a well-established firm into their top tier medical negligence team in Exeter.
My client is one of the leading claimant clinical negligence practices in the South West and are ranked highly in Chambers & Partners.
You will be joining a well-established team and will ideally have 2-4 PQE and be able to demonstrate your passion this type of work together with experience of independently managing your own medical negligence caseload.
You will be dealing with matters from inception to settlement and will need to be tenacious with a good eye for detail. The team deal with a wide range of matters to include but not limited to, birth trauma cases, delays in diagnosis or misdiagnosis, surgical mistakes, medical advice errors and the administration of the incorrect drugs or dosage.
