Position: Service Advisor

Location: Leicester, United Kingdom

Hours: 45 hours per week

Salary: £26,000 to £31,000 (OTE: £36,000 to £41,000)

Requirements:

• Must have experience as a Service Advisor in the Automotive Industry. Applicants who do not have this experience will not be considered for the position.

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to join a prestigious main dealer in the Leicester area? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Client's team and contribute to their continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with their service needs in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle maintenance.
• Provide accurate estimates for service and repairs, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work and maintain high-quality standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Utilize dealership software systems to manage service records, appointments, and inventory.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the Automotive Industry is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency with dealership software systems is advantageous.
