Administrator / Project & Sales Team Administration Assistant who has excellent organisational, administrative, customer service, communication and time management skills is required for a well-established company based in Dudley, West Midlands.
SALARY: £19,000 - £22,000 per annum + Generous Benefits (see below) LOCATION: Dudley, West Midlands JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent JOB OVERVIEW We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Project & Sales Team Administration Assistant who has excellent organisational, administrative, customer service, communication and time management skills. Working as the Administrator / Project & Sales Team Administration Assistant you will work under the direction of the Administration Manager and will support Project Managers with maintaining and developing assigned projects to achieve sales profit and reach financial targets, delivering nominated tasks for projects on time, helping ensure they are within budget and scope. As the Administrator / Project & Sales Team Administration Assistant you will be an integral part of a dynamic team that value teamwork and supports each other towards a common goal and will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of a busy department. DUTIES Your duties as the Administrator / Project & Sales Team Administration Assistant include: • Establishing and developing productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders and third parties/vendors in assigned customer Accounts • Co-ordinating the involvement of personnel and support of other departments, including, service, managing resources and third parties, reporting and escalating issues as needed in order to meet customer expectations • Being fully conversant in all aspects of the internal procedures • Using appropriate verification techniques to assist in managing changes in project scope, schedule and costs • Creating and maintaining project documentation plans and reports, monitoring and tracking project’s progress and assisting with issues that arise • Liaising with clients when required to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives • Helping prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedules and budgets • Running reports for quotations, call offs & fitting details • This position may require travel and out of hours work This list scratches the surface of what this role entails. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS • Experience within a similar role • Relevant qualifications • Responsive / customer-oriented, and willing to take on a variety of tasks as required • Ability to work under own initiative with excellent time management skills • Able to multitask with a self-motivated "can-do" attitude • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Projects etc.) and familiar with Project Management software tools • Experience within the retail and fit-out sector would be advantageous BENEFITS • 25 Days Annual Leave in addition to public holidaysJob tags
