Salary: 30k + 10k bonus + car scheme + benefits
YOLO Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor for our client’s dealership prestige dealership in Leicestershire.
The successful Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor will need to have service/aftersales experience in a main or franchised car dealership.
Hours for the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor : Monday – Friday 45 hours per week, and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
Duties of Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :
• Greeting customers and scheduling services
• Dealing with customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians
• Liaising with customers about any additional work required
• Responding to customer requests
• Manage online bookings
• Manage courtesy cars
• Tracking the vehicle through the workshop
• Upselling additional works
• Sending service and mot reminder’s
