Are you ready to elevate your career to new heights? An exciting opportunity awaits you! Our client, situated in Chatham, Kent, is actively seeking a Senior/Head Veterinary Surgeon to become an integral part of their devoted team.

Chatham, a Medway town, offers an easy 45-minute commute to London by train. The area boasts a variety of affordable housing options, ranging from elegant Georgian homes to spacious Victorian houses and a modern riverside village with contemporary flats overlooking the docks.

Our client's practice has a well-established client base, and their team is deeply committed to delivering gold-standard care to clients and their beloved pets. The practice features a deceptively large and airy facility, equipped with 4 consultation rooms, separate patient wards, a dedicated X-ray and ultrasound room, a spacious modern theatre, and a prep room. This presents a unique opportunity for you to join a dedicated team and work in a supportive environment that encourages further development in your chosen area of expertise.

As a 4 Vet practice, our client is supported by a team comprising 4 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 ANA, and a highly efficient group of Receptionists. The practice principal, with over 14 years of experience in the small animal sector, is clinically trained and devoted to assisting you in achieving both personal and professional development without compromise.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess substantial post-graduate experience in Small Animal First Opinion Veterinary Medicine. Furthermore, you should either hold, be actively working towards, or be open to considering a postgraduate qualification in the relevant subject field. The Rota:
• Full time - 5 day week
• Combination of early shifts (8am - 4.30pm) and late shifts (11am - 7.30pm)
• 1:3 Saturday mornings only
• No OOH
• Flexible working options and part time applications will be considered
