This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused talent manager to build a people plan across attraction, development, organisational capability and succession strategies to do this.

Supporting the future skills agenda in the Nuclear sector needs a forward-thinking approach to the design, development and implementation of talent systems and processes. The role will focus on embedding learning and talent systems to ensure that: capability is grown and developed; a culture of continuous learning is strengthened; and a pipeline of talent is available to meet NNL skills requirements and business strategy.

This is an opportunity to implement new ways of working, across a multi-generational workforce. To design and deliver future-facing interventions that underpin the operational needs of the business and provide a tailored response to individuals, while supporting the business to develop careers and enhance management leadership capability.
