Job description

The opportunity

Join our Learning Technology Team as an Online Content Production Coordinator. We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to lead a team of specialist technicians in producing online video content and teaching and learning resources at one of the world’s leading creative universities.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with academic and support teams, ensuring a consistent, unified approach to online education initiatives at UAL. As a key figure in our centre of excellence, you'll drive the evolution of digital pedagogy, staying abreast of the latest technological advancements developed in research centres within the University.

Beyond overseeing your team of technicians, you'll also be responsible for managing associated facilities, learning resources, and budgets where necessary.

In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise to the broader UAL community, including the exciting new campus at East Bank in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park's Cultural and Education Quarter, where you will provide specialist experience to inform this landmark project.

About you

Your qualifications should also include demonstrated teaching experience or familiarity with innovative pedagogical approaches. Additionally, you should possess a proven ability to lead and motivate teams, setting clear objectives and providing constructive feedback.

Flexibility to support occasional ad-hoc events outside of regular working hours is required.
