Job description
Role:
Resolve Recruitment are working with a reputable and established interior design, build and install company based currently experiencing growth! Due to this increase in business, our client seek and organised Project Support Leader to work from their Wigan offices.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects from initiation to completion including ordering materials, sourcing labour, issuing purchase orders and keeping the client up to date.
- Assist in developing and issuing project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with wider teams to gather project requirements.
- Utilise project management software to track and document project activities.
- Communicate project updates and status reports to clients, with well structured written communication and via meetings
- Implement a cost and service led approach to project management
- Provide administrative support to project teams as needed.
- Lead and develop a small team of administrators in order to achieve "best in class" service.
- Be responsible for utilisation of software to maximise business revenue potential.
- Analyse and create meaningful data to support implementations and process, with clear business case.
- Define and create clear processes to implement for existing and upcoming activities

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Motivate, lead and develop existing team members.
- Clear growth path to project manager based on success of role and value added to business.
Package and Benefits:
- A starting salary of between £27-30,000 pa
- Flexible working is available
- 40 hours per week flexy time (start from 0730am to 0930am)
