The Role:
The Assistant Project Manager will play a pivotal role in:
- Assisting with the development and execution of detailed project plans, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Assist the Project Managers with project budgets to ensure deliverables are achieved within financial targets.
- Ensuring all work complies with client specifications and quality standards.
- Overseeing project resources, including staff, labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Facilitating communication between clients, subcontractors and project teams to address progress and resolve issues.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to business development.
- Enforcing a rigorous safety culture, adhering to all relevant environmental, health, and safety guidelines.
The Person:
- Relevant academic and professional qualifications in a related Construction field, ideally an individual from a joinery background would be preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience working within an operation construction role/
- A commitment to exceeding targets and deadlines.
