We are currently looking for Ambulance Preparation Specialists to help prepare the ambulances for their daily care routines.
The job involves preparing ambulances for operational duties to an agreed quality standard for the benefits of our patients and staff.
This will include-
• Cleaning
• Decontaminating
• Stocking
• Vehicle roadworthiness checks
• Safety/functional checks of onboard equipment (medical and non-medical).
This role will also require you to monitor the electronic equipment tracking system (RFID) to identify both the compliance of equipment on operational vehicles and any short falls of equipment/consumables.
Hours of work are 5 days out of 7 days, rotating shifts which will include days, nights and weekend work 37.5 hours per week.
Weekday rate £11.45 per hour
Saturdays & Nights £14.69 per hour
Sundays & Bank Holidays £19.07 per hour
