Job description
The role relates to business administration.
The role will require dealing with taking telephone calls and passing calls on, taking messages for fee earners and providing information by e mail.
The candidate will be trained on the practice Case Management System and be able to work within each case, preparing correspondence and accessing case information.
Documents will need to prepared and copied, email inboxes reviewed and e mails allocated.
There is also a secure reception area that will need to be manned for any visitors.
Correspondence will need to be drafted and sent, assistance provided to the team with delegated admin tasks such as chasing up the police and Crown Prosecution Service.
Level 3 Business Administration
Off the job training will take place one day a week through Oldham College
