Are you looking to join a new role in 2024

Teaching personnel are looking for a SEN Teaching assistant to help support the teaching staff to develop and provide quality learning for pupils with special education needs. This will range from a wide variety of physical, emotional and behavioural needs, you will help to encourage pupils to be engaged and interested to make them feel safe and happy in a learning environment.

The school is located in West Drayton and is a lovely school who are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with SEMH needs, the school are looking for someone who is resilient, empathetic but also firm to be able to support the pupil who has suffered some trauma. The school are willing to invest in the right person by providing support and a plan but they also need someone who is willing to take responsibility and implement their own ideas and not be afraid to ask for support if something doesnt go well.

Ability to reliable commute/relocate to West drayton

Job type - permanent, contract basis.

Salary - £20,000 - £24,000 (£80 -£100 per day) depending on experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
