Role: Children's Service Coordinator
Location:Gloucestershire
Contract/Hours:Permanent, full-time (working 37 hours a week)

A bit about the role:
Rowan Tree House is a solo placement home in a beautiful setting in Gloucestershire, the home is for a young person with complex needs. Rowan Tree House will provide the young person who lives there with a home for life. Giving the young person stability,consistency, and appropriate, care, and support, while supporting them to integrate into the community as much as possible and achieve supported independence as they transition into adulthood.
You will provide support to the Registered Manager to help launch and run a newly established team, in a brand-new solo home in Gloucestershire.
