The Role:
The Finance department (FP&A Team) is seeking a HR Data Insights Analyst to join the team.
The HR Data Insights Analyst will produce and report key HR data, providing insight to the HR team and business leaders, as well as play a key supportive role in the planning and forecasting of FTE levels and related costs across all departments.
You will work closely with the Finance and HR Leadership Team (CPO, HODs), as well as HRBPs and Finance BP’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant within the FP&A team, whilst providing cross functional support to the HR team.
- Delivery of accurate and timely management Information and KPI’s to the business which involves data interrogation and analysis; including the creation, evolution and maintenance of monthly dashboards, reports, scorecards and templates highlighting relevant KPI’s and trends, including turnover, absence, overtime, exit interview analysis, appraisal campaign progress.
- You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and tracking the labour costs budget
- Ensure the internal monthly FTE and staff cost reconciliations are effectively managed.
- To perform the monthly PFUK and Global FTE/Headcount Reporting
- To assist in the development and production of rolling FTE forecasts.
- Assist in the calculation of annual changes in labour costs including, changes to employee benefits, tax impacts, annual salary reviews and bonuses, as well as produce presentation packs to provide insights on the changes.
- Assist the Senior Management Accountant in any other HR or FP&A tasks as required.
Skills & Qualification:
- Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent
- Understanding of the HR Metrics
