The Company:
Leading fit-out contractor based in Antrim, Northern Ireland. They carry out high end fit-out projects across multiple sectors including high end residential, commercial, hotels and more.
The Opportunity: Due to continuous growth and expansion, the business have a great opportunity for an ambitious Design Manager to join the Design Department. The Design Manager will play a key role in fostering innovation, enhancing efficiency and facilitating continuous improvement within their design function.
Reporting to the Head of Design, the Design Manager will lead design teams across multiple projects, overseeing the design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring that design solutions meet project requirements, client specifications and budgetary and time constraints.
The Ideal Person: - Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
- Extensive experience in Design Management
- Experience of fit-out projects with detailed Joinery
- Capable of managing multiple projects, organise workload and prioritise effectively
- Leadership and people management skills
- Able to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with a proactive and collaborative approach to resolving challenges
