Job description
Quality Assurance Engineer / QA Engineer / Compliance Engineer / Quality Control Engineer required to join a global manufacturer based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
The Quality Assurance Engineer will work as part of the quality assurance team, ensuring the business is compliant to directives, regulations, approvals and quality standards (ISO9001 & ISO17025).
The Quality Assurance Engineer / QA Engineer / Compliance Engineer / Quality Control Engineer must be lead auditor trained / qualified.
Package £45,000

Role Management of QMS (Quality Management System) Certification applications
Ensuring the business is compliant to directives, regulations, approvals and quality standards
Scheduling, preparation, and hosting of 3rd Party Quality Audits
Maintenance of product approval-related documentation
Internal distribution and monitoring of 3rd Party Audit Findings
Perform Internal Audits as required
The creation and ongoing maintenance of Standard/Legislation-specific compliance Manuals
Participate in QMS Management Review Meetings
Working to ISO9001 & ISO17025
Site based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
37.5 hour week – flexible start & finish time
Requirements Lead Auditor experience/qualification
Experience working in quality control / Quality assurance - Previously worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer / QA Engineer / Compliance Engineer / Quality Engineer / Quality Control Engineer / QC Engineer
Experience within an engineering / manufacturing environment
Awareness of the requirements of ISO9001, ISO17025 beneficial
Commutable to Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
