Job description
The Headmaster and Governing Body of Colchester Royal Grammar School invite applications for a Deputy Head responsible for the development of teaching and academic excellence to join our Senior Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership and management experience gained in a leadership role and will play a major part in supporting the Headmaster in the strategic leadership of our school.
Deputising for the Head, you will be required to take the lead when required and work closely with and line manage key members of our staff. This teaching position is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious person, with obvious leadership qualities, to join our team and a school that strive to achieve excellence in all that it does.
