Domestic Gas Safe Engineer
Permanent - Full Time Employment - Mon-Fri
Northwest London and Hertfordshire areas
Negotiable basic salary £40,000 - £46,000 per annum (doe) + Vehicle + Commission
The Client
Our client is a national, leading service provider that specializes in complete plumbing, heating and drainage services to a wide range of clients, managing all domestic and commercial plumbing and heating issues. The company provides a quick and competitively priced response to their clients’ needs including insurance companies and major high street brands. They diagnose and fix a wide range of plumbing and heating issues offering a service that is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year for all their client’s needs.
Main Duties of the Role
- Boiler servicing, repair, and breakdown
- Domestic property Gas work responsibilities
- Central heating servicing and repair
- CP12 - Landlord Safety checks
- Fault Finding
- Commercial plumbing duties at times
- On-call rota will be expected to share the work load with other engineers
- Out of hours emergency work - flexible to work at least 1 evening
- Ensure jobs are completed to specification and on time using client apps and software
- Deliver the high level of customer satisfaction customers have come to expect
You will be field service and will travel to arranged site locations daily, from home.
Essential Requirements
- Excellent experience working within domestic and commercial properties
- Domestic Gas Safe Registered - Essential
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Full UK driving license – no more than 6 penalty points
- Plumbing qualifications - or time served
- DBS clearance report to be carried out prior to starting due to the nature of clients premises
