Job description
We are looking for a CRM Executive Customer Data to join our digital team here at Harrods.
About the Role
This exciting role will report into the Retention Manager and support the CRM function to grow and enrich the contactable database across all communication channels (email/SMS/DM/push). The role will also be responsible for the set-up and execution of automated lifecycle campaigns relating to customer data growth & enrichment for example leading on the Harrods’ GDPR reconsent programme.
You will also:
- Liaise with Legal and Data Protection teams to ensure GDPR compliancy.
- Liaise with UX, Creative and Digital teams to lead AB testing plan to ensure data capture points are optimised across channels for the best conversion rates while adhering to Harrods branding.
- Set targets for data capture and regularly reforecast and update stakeholders of progress.
- Review segment performance in order to derive key database insights and recommendations relating to threats and opportunities.
- Work with the CRM team to set up bespoke Welcome journeys for newly registered customers.
About You
We are looking for someone who has had some experience in CRM, project management with a luxury retail background and acquisition focused preferred. The role is fast paced, so you must be adaptable to change, very skilled in multi-tasking and excellent communicator as the role involves working with various teams in the business from IT, Marketing to Creative.
You will have the following technical competencies:
- Excellent understanding of GDPR/ Data privacy.
- Experience in data capture/customer acquisition.
- Experience in working with multiple data sets and channels.
- ESP and CRM experience required.
- Demonstrated experience in working with databases, data analysis, dashboards and translating the data into actionable insight.
